We’re closed on Monday 10 March for the Adelaide Cup Day public holiday. You can still return any items through the chutes on the eastern wall next to the carpark.
On September 19 the Library will open with brand new Self Checkouts powered by modern RFID technology. You may remember our previous posts about the upcoming changes.
To install and test our new self checkout stations and RFID technology, the Library will be closed on Tuesday 17 September and Wednesday 18 September.
We will reopen at 10am on Thursday 19 September.
Our 24 hour chutes will remain open as per normal.

If you need to return anything on that day, the chutes on the eastern wall adjacent to the carpark will be open.
We open again on Tuesday 13 March at 10am.
The Library will be closed on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 August to enable us to conduct a stocktake.
During the closure we will be able to complete the two largest areas – Adult Fiction and Adult Non-Fiction. However, as this is such a large project in a large library, the stocktake will continue while the Library is open, during the week beginning 23 August. This may result in temporary limited access to some collections. Signage will indicate which areas are affected.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we are confident that the stocktake will result in a more accurate library catalogue and will make it easier to find items on the shelves.
The return chutes on the Eastern wall near the Library car park will be open for returns during the closure.
Normal services will resume on Saturday 21 August.
The Library will be closed for Easter on the following dates:
Saturday 7 April
Easter Sunday 8 April
Easter Monday 9 April
The return chutes on the Eastern wall near the Library carpark will be open for returns over the Easter break.
The Library reopens on Tuesday 10 April at 10am.
The staff of the City of Tea Tree Gully Library wish all our patrons a safe and happy Easter.
