This year’s Library Readers Festival starts next week! Reading is food for the mind, so this year we’ll be sharing our love for reading and our love of eating with a range of events coupling two of our favourite past times.
From discovering foods that grow wild in your neighborhood, to creating edible versions of your favourite stories, you’ll enjoy special talks and demonstrations.
Special guest celebrity chef Simon Bryant will talk ‘cooking and booking’ with his book Simon Bryant’s Veggies on Friday October 4 at 3pm.
There will also be a live radio broadcast with 891 ABC Adelaide’s Afternoons Program with Sonya Feldhoff from 1-4pm
