One of our patrons put in a ‘suggestion for purchase’ form for an adult fiction book that we did not have in our collection. This form made its way into the hot little hands of Sheila, Library Officer, who processed the form and checked out the availability of the this item.

After checking out the local suppliers, Sheila went online with an Australian run website that has sourced, packaged and sent the item to the City of Tea Tree Gully Library with $00.00 shipping cost. This particular item made its way here all the way from Frankfurt, Germany and has been processed and checked straight out to the person who filled out the ‘suggestion for purchase form’.
