Whew it’s hot outside!

If you’re feeling the heat and would like to get some information about how to cope in these extreme conditions, we have some Heatwave Information Guide brochures in the Library.
They are produced by the State Emergency Service and the Government of South Australia and have lots of tips about staying healthy, checking on people at risk and heat stroke symptoms and treatment.
The brochures are available at either of the Library Desks and on the Community Noticeboard in the Library foyer.

More comprehensive information is available at the Health SA website, where you can view “Extreme Heat: guide to coping and staying healthy in the heat“.

Stay cool!
