Appropriately released on October 31st, Dracula the Un-Dead is the first sequel to Bram Stoker’s original 1897 Dracula to be authorised by the Stoker family. It’s author is Dacre Stoker, great-grand nephew of Bram, and is said to be inspired by and based upon the copious notes and possible plot lines that Bram had written about his original characters .

The protagonist is Quincey Harker, son of Jonathon and Mina Harker, who accidentally stumbles upon the world of his parent’s terrible secrets, in whats seems to be an odd combination of truth and fiction or perhaps life imitating art, when he encounters a troubled production of ‘Dracula’ directed by none other than Bram Stoker himself.
