We’ve recently upgraded our SMS notification software, but unfortunately a few gremlins interfered with the installation process. The gremlins in question have now been given the boot and everything is functioning just as it should – however, some hold notices did not get sent. The dates affected were Monday 13 July to Thursday 16 July, so if you didn’t receive a notification for a hold that has now expired, please come and speak to a staff member at the desk.
Our deepest apologies for the incovenience – regular (and hopefully, even better) service has now been resumed!
